University of Shkoder partner at U-SIA

University of Shkoder “Luigj Gurakuqi” and the U-SIA team members at this university are now part of the #Fairwork, a worldwide project engaged in research on platform economy. The #FairworkAlbania research team held the kick-off meeting with all the Albanian #gigeconomy stakeholders. The aim of this meeting was to disseminate information about the initiation of the project in Albania and to promote the exchange with and between the various stakeholders of the Platform Economy. The meeting was a first step on the joint dialogue about strategies and challenges for the implementation of Fairwork principles in the #Albanian platform economy and for discussions on the future of platform work. Among others in discussions were managers, workers and persons engaged in the platform economy.
