UET has established the Labour Market Boards for each department which are composed of highly qualified professionals from the public sector, business and various relevant CSOs working to promote common interests. The purpose of the board is to provide feedback and insights regarding the needs/demands of the labour market so as UET can link education, research and study programmes with the labour market and needs of the society. In addition, they serve as a network for employment opportunities for its graduates. In addition, the UET Alumni Association and the Student Services provide valuable support for the link between education and the job market.
