U-SIA ROUNDTABLE | Europian University of Tirana

On June 10, a roundtable focusing on the situation of academia-business community relationship was held at Universiteti Europian i Tiranës, lectors brought their experience in research and the representatives of the business community brought their experience in the market with regard to the usefulness or not of the academic education, difficulties they face and what businesses want from academia. The participants evaluated the current situation of the business-academia relationship and proposed solutions on how to improve this relationship. The activity is part of the #USIA project/Work Package – WP1 Preparation (SCiDEV) and the information gathered and analyzed in this step will serve as the basis for implementing the succeeding steps of the project and as such we consider that the impact on the project is high.
