Open lecture held with Mrs. Eugerta Haris at the Mediterranean University of Albania

On the premises of the Mediterranean University of Albania, an open lecture was held with Mrs. Eugerta Haris, specialist JAVA developer at the Italian company Sisal Albania. In this meeting with the third year students of the Bachelor Program in “Business Informatics”, it was discussed about the perspective of the job as software development in Albania and the requirements that many companies have for this profile. In addition, it was emphasized the importance of the connections that should be maintained by all
actors: Business, University, Civil Society and Policy-making in order to gain knowledge and skills that will help students in the labor market. The cooperation between the 4 actors mentioned above is very important so that the knowledge gained at the university will serve to form a generation that will contribute to taking safe steps for the development of Albania on the road toward European integration. This is also at the center of the U-SIA project, in which the Mediterranean University of Albania is the leader.
