Design thinking Workshop held at Professional College of Tirana
The general objective was to contribute to the improvement and modernisation of VET systems in Albania, Kosovo and Montenegro, as well as reinforcing the links between VET and the Labour market, by the mean of organising mobility activities to improve the skills of VET staff and learners, as well as the occupational prospects of young VET students.
As we are moving forward on our paths towards internationalization, MOVET launched a series of three Design Thinking Workshops , one in each Western Balkans country: Albania,Montenegro, Kosovo.
The first host was the Professional College of Tirana Kolegji Profesional i TiranΓ«s and the activity engaged the entire organisation, including staff, teachers, trainers and learners and other stakeholders during three days: April 12 th β April, 14 th , 2022.
Among the guest, Prof. Asoc.Dr. Nevila Xhindi (UMSH), our Project Coordinator of USIA project, and Dr. Blerjana Bino (Scidev) who contributed actively to the workshop by presenting the USIA project, its achievements so far and the way ahead and. The presentation created connection and synergies between the two projects, USIA and MOVET and among the partners. The MoVET team was
eager to hear about the project. The presentation of project, the USIA units, and the two running WP5 and WP6 were considered as a first step to create synergies between the two projects in terms of networking, which is also an important pillar in the MOVET project. It was agreed to organize and hold a webinar in this regard in the short run which would engage both projects and partners from both of them.
