ACEEU presented the value of Universities’ Third Mission and how Third Mission can be implemented through collaboration with the ecosystem. The participants of the workshop gained insights on ACEEU’s approach to promote, evaluate and celebrate excellence on the Third Mission ofUniversities through its institutional and divisional accreditations. Each session was designed in an interactive and engaging way to stimulate discussion and innovative thinking among participants in which they also shared their own experiences and challenges. It was a unique chance to discuss the key elements to create an entrepreneurial atmosphere in their own universities and institutions. Moreover, on-site visits to relevant stakeholders (Entrepreneurial Support Structures Ecosystem in North Rheine-Westphalia, Germany) allowed participants to hear and learn and exchange ideas as well as compare best practices on how
collaborations and partnerships can be strategically developed.
